The Poes changed the name of the entity to "Wesleyan International University" just prior to the operation being closed down by the TX Attorney General. On March 17, 2005, the Poes were permanently enjoined from violating state law. Craig Poe was assessed attorney's fees and other expenses of $16,000 and Alon Poe was assessed administrative penalties of $100,000. |
